Refund policy

At Blixy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Used or damaged products due to misuse.
• Products returned after the 14-day return period.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
